Returns

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.  We are super flexible regarding returns and exchanges.  It's obvious if an item has been simply just 'tried on' or if it's been worn many times!  if just tried on, we'll accept returns for up to 28 days after receiving the item.

So you can order with freedom.

Right of Return

Uniform Worldwide allows you 28 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with.

Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense, with your invoice and a completed and signed returns coupon. You can fill in your returns coupon on the Website.

We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. The deadlines mentioned above are effective from the date of receipt of the order.

For refunds:

- If the product is returned within 28 days of its delivery, you will be reimbursed via the same payment method as was used initially. Gift certificates are refunded as credit on your account with Uniform Worldwide.

- If the product is returned after the 28th day after delivery, Uniform Worldwide reserve the right to return the item to you at your cost of shipping. Any refusal to pay the shipping for the item to be returned, will be kept by Uniform Worldwide for a further 28 days awaiting your collection. If you have not collected the order by this period, Uniform Worldwide reserves the right to reclaim the items without any further notice.

If tests need to be carried out on the product, in the framework of the right of return, we will do our best to reimburse you as quickly as possible. This time period will depend on the nature of the technical tests performed by the After-Sales Service of your product's manufacturer, for a maximum period of 28 working days.

All products: For any returned package, please go to the Website and follow the instructions for returning that item. Shipping fees are your responsibility, except if the product does not conform to the description of said product (you are responsible for any damage done during the shipping of the returned goods).
